The product must be unused, fully packaged, and with all accessories.

3. Return Process

Customer service will respond and confirm the return within 2 business days.
Please ship the product back to the specified address and retain the tracking number.
Once we have received and confirmed the condition of the product, a refund will be issued within 7 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
For returns or exchanges due to quality issues or incorrect shipments, we cover the round-trip shipping costs.
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., no longer needed), return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Exchange Policy
If you require an exchange for the same or a different model, please specify this when requesting an exchange.
We will reschedule the return upon receipt and confirmation of the returned item.
6. International Orders
